The use of sustainable plasterboard can be considered as part of a wider strategy for improving the environmental approach to building projects. Material selection plays an important role in construction, particularly when projects aim to reduce unnecessary waste and use resources more efficiently. Plasterboard offers a practical solution for many interior wall applications, while its sustainability credentials can be assessed alongside sourcing, durability, recycling, and installation practices. A broader assessment can provide a clearer understanding of how individual materials contribute to the overall building strategy.
